Other apps on your device can push live status items into your list using the workinOn URL scheme or the built-in Shortcuts actions. You can wire up a time-of-day automation to post your daily standup reminder, have Safari pin the page you're researching, or clear a status item when you leave a location. The in-app Shortcuts gallery walks you through a handful of ready-made recipes.
