Flasherz Kids turns your family's own people and stories into a game your child actually wants to play. Once you connect the app to your Family Tree account, every quiz, flashcard, and spelling challenge is built from real names, real faces, and real facts about the people your kid already knows and loves.
The launcher shows 13 games in a colorful grid, each one unlocked as your child gets older. At four years old they start with 3D flip cards and a personalized storybook where they are the main character. By seven they are racing through a 15-second speed round on general knowledge trivia. Each game tile shows the minimum age right on the lock, so there are no surprises.
Flashcards let a child tap to flip a card and reveal the answer, then mark it Got It or Try Again. Memory Match lays out a 4×4 grid of face-down pairs — find the question, find its answer. Spell It shows a question from your family's deck and has the child tap letter tiles to build the correct word. Word Scramble shows the same answer with the letters shuffled, and they type it in. These four games all pull from your family's actual flashcard decks, so the material is meaningful, not generic.
For general knowledge there is four-choice trivia, True or False, Category Trivia where they pick a topic like animals or science, a Daily Challenge with five questions once per day, Speed Round with a 15-second clock, and Streak where one wrong answer ends the run.
Each child gets their own profile. Tap the avatar in the top corner to switch players, and the launcher adjusts to that child's age. High scores are stored separately per child — streak records, speed round bests, trivia high scores, and daily challenge completions all live on the device with no account required.
A parent sets up the Family ID once at first launch, and from that point the child runs the whole experience themselves. No passwords, no purchases inside the game, no ads.
Made with care for the young humans in your family.
